How the Loyalty Program Works

• Do I receive extra points on my birthday?
  Yes. If you are a registered customer and it’s your birthday, we’ll gift you 100 loyalty points as a special thank-you. 🎁
  
  
• Do my points expire?
  No. All loyalty points you earn are valid indefinitely.
  
  
• How many points can I redeem at once?
  You can redeem points for up to 20% of the total value of your order.
  
  
• Why should I use the loyalty program?
